Homemade Breads

It rain, and it's very cold.
So I stayed home all day
and made some kinds of breads.

When I make a bread,
I feel time flashed by~~.
It spends much time in the process
used in making bread,
but I enjoyed it(^-^*)

The bread hot from the oven! couldn't be betterヽ(´▽｀)/
The kitchen is filled with the good smell of bread♪

Flower arrangement☆彡

Heart arrangement for Valenatain!!
Do you see 2 white&pink color's heart shape of sponges?I could arrange pretty at the gentle line.

The flowers I used in this arrangement

are all the spring color's bulbous flowers

(Tulip,Anemone,Hyacinthus,Ranunculu,Crocus...).

It is the "yoseue"style,that put together

the same kind of plants and arranges in order.

Spring comes soon!!!

nabe on parade~~

"Kiritanpo nabe", special product in Akita.
Oh!!Kiritanpo made into the delicious rice
of Akita is very nice(*ﾟｰﾟ)v
We had a nice time over good dinner.


"Ankou nabe", special product in Ibaraki.
Angler fish contain a lot of collagen is best for beautiful skin(*ﾟvﾟ*) ♪
Seen against the broad sea,we enjoyed to eat the fresh plain fish!!

"Chanko nabe", famous for sumo wrestler's food.
We went to ryogoku where there are
many chanko-nabe houses.
Chanko with many kinds of ingredients
warms our body and gives stamina☆

It's so good we have a nabe party in wintertime＾∇゜)!

Homemade Bread!!

I got a oven present from my father,so I tried to make a bread!!
Though it was difficult to speculate
the knead condition & the progress of the ferment,
I could make the roll bread relatively well.

I want to try many kinds of bread from now on.

My home "Oseti",all the food is homemade!
I and my mother start cooking from New Year's Eve every year.
Unn...It was good.We enjoyed eating it in this year,too.
