Wedding In YAMAGATAb(゚∇^d)

I went to Yamagata for my friend's wedding reception!

As I stepped foot into the reception hall ...
Oh,That's great! I was surprised(*'o'*).
The hall was very large and
ceiling was so high,too!

The 300 people attended it and a magnificent party was held.
The bride is a member of cheerleading club we belonged in collage.
Though she seems feminine, she has a lot of guts!!
However great injury she suffered, she never gave up in the hard practice.
And her smile is very good! Her lovely smiles always keep us cheerful.(*゚▽゚)

They are teachers of a high school. They met each other in the high school.

The students they taught rushed into the party
& announced their entertainments.
The boys of basketball club
groom coaches sang a parody,and
the girls of cheerleading club
bride coaches danced for their teachersヾ(^-^ゞ
I felt bride&groom were really loved by all the students.

It was very heartwarming nice wedding party!

I enjoyed it very much\(^▽^)/
The bride gave me a wedding bouquet.
I heard her bouquet has "Happy Link".
I wish that "Happy Link" continue forever(*゚ー゚*)

When I came home,I took the bouquet picture
with a tree of peach in our garden.
You feel a happy spring, don't you!!

In Hiroshima (゚∀゚*)

My friend is living in Hiroshima. I first visited Hiroshima where she lives.
Though it was a short stay, I enjoyed Hiroshima to the full with her family.

One of Japan's "Three Most Scenic Spots",
"MIYAJIMA" is said that "an Island where People & Gods Live Together".
Since ancient times,Miyajima has been worshipped as a god.

The day we visited was very fine weather!!
We could see the beautiful and unerthly island^o^.

A 1400-year history

"Itsukushima Shrine",
World Cultural Heritage (゚∇^d)

It's known for the unique and bold concept of being built
in the sea as well as its elegant architectural style "Shinden Zukuri."
The vermilion-painted building creates a beautiful contrast
with the blue sea & green mountains(*^-^)

Okonomi-yaki in Hiroshima!!There are thousand of Okonomi-yaki shops
in Hiroshima.Okonomi-yaki is cooked using plenty of vegetables,
thin yellow noodles or thick white noodles, special sweet sauce, and so on.
Okonomi-yaki is very individual food.
By the way....Hiroshim's soul food "Okonom-yaki"!!
It came into existence in Hiroshima where it turned to scorched earth by "bamb".
They say it's start that the wives who lost husbands by "bamb"or "war"
burned & sold it like cheap sweets in front of the house for their living.

Hiroshima's okonomiyaki started like this has been loved by everyone
(from adults to children)!
It's also very delicious and good reputation(o^-')o

Home party♪(*'ー')/★

We visited our friend's new home her parent has built lately at the invitation.
It was the very good place where it's a 10-minute walk from nikotama.

When we went in her home,
her grandmother & mother warmly welcomed our guest at the door.
We were very glad*^-^*.

Her grandmather who is full of energy and fashionable was charming!!
She looked young for her age!

Her house was a modern construction, and
both interior&exterior were a refined sense of taste゚`★.・:*・゚`☆゜*

On the table,
the seasonal flowers & dishes were placed.
The spring-color flowers were pretty,
and the tirashi-sushi arranged in a nice dish
was so appetizing!

We brought the "LE PATISSIER TAKAGI"of cheescake, and
presented a leaf shape of flat plate designed by "KURIHARA HARUMI"
for her family.

"TAKAGI"'s cheescake sold only 10-piece limitation
per day is very delicious!!
It's package of a wood box is good.

I like KURIHARA HARUMI,a expert in cooking.
http://harumi.fusosha.co.jp/
Both her cooking and her design tablewares are all nice!

Her family was very pleased with our gifts (*゚▽゚)/

We have studied and enjoyed together in collage life.
We have been all good friens
since we have met in collage.
They are important friends to me*^-^*

With a homey and holiday atmosphere,
We had a good time lazily in a sunny room.

When we were leaving,
her mother came and gave us a gift.
Oh!! wonderful (≧▽≦)♪
It was a beautiful lace mat.
Thank you for inviting us to the home party(*^-゚)v

Hinamatshuri[Doll's Festival]o^∇^o

"Hinamatshuri"is held on March 3rd.
This is a day to pray for girl's growth&happiness.
It's also called "Momo no sekku"
because of the peach blossom season on the old lunar calendar.

Most families with girls display "hina-ningyo"
and dedicate peach blossoms to them. On Hinamatsuri,
sweet sake is drunken and chirashi sushi is eaten.

I made the Hinamatsuri flower arrangement.
The arrngement full of a pretty pink flowers matches "Girl's Festival"!
My family enjoyed an annual event,
"Hinamatsuri"(*^▽^*)♪,
setting up a display of hinaningyo,
drinking sake and eatting chirashisushi & sakuramoti...!
I wish girls' future happiness(*v.v)
